CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • Full Refund on or before April 3, 2023, less a $250 administration fee
  • 50% Refund after April 3, 2023, to July 4, 2023, less a $250 administration fee
  • No refunds after July 4, 2023

Registrations may be cancelled by notifying DBNO by email only to: dbiconference2023@dbno.ca

Substitutions are accepted until July 4, 2023.

Shared registration is not permitted.

DUTY OF CARE:

For our upcoming event we want to assure you that your health and safety is our top priority. As part of this commitment, we are taking proactive steps to help support a safe experience. At this time we will require that all attendees, delegates, vendors and staff must be fully vaccinated, wear a face mask, follow any pre-screening protocols and comply with all COVID-19 public health measures. If or when these safety standards change, we will also adapt our duty of care plan.

Our Primary Host Hotel (adjoined to Shaw Convention Centre) is the Ottawa Westin Hotel.

The room block Group Code and booking link will be provided in Spring of 2022.

Registrants are advised against making non-refundable travel arrangements. Should you purchase non-refundable airline tickets or make non-refundable hotel reservations, you do so at your own risk.
